Monday/Wednesday 4:15-5:15 Ages 5-12
Tuesday/Thursday 5:15-6:15 Ages 13 & Up

SUMMARY - Unique and specialized programs available for ages 5 through high school athletes. Improve your speed, coordination and agility. Improve cognitive function and focus while the body is working hard. Develop teamwork and leadership skills. Understand the importance of cooperation and group dynamics for any sport or activity. Be active, get fit, become the 'best you, you can be' and most importantly have fun doing it.

Total Body Circuit Classes - Schedule 
Mon 9:30, Wed, Fri 9:00am, Tue & Thur 6:15pm
$60 Unlimited Monthly, $50 any 8 classes a Month, $10 Drop In 
You'll get a total body workout each class. The customizable circuit allows you to pick the formula that's right for you
You choose how many classes per week and the days and times that fit your schedule and fitness needs
Classes Last About 30 Minutes
